📦 Packaging Requirements

All returned components must be shipped in original or equivalent ESD-safe (Electrostatic Discharge) packaging. Physical damage resulting from improper transit packing may void your warranty claim.

🔄 Restocking Policy

Returns for non-defective items (e.g., compatibility issues or ordered by mistake) are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, pending inspection by our QA team upon receipt.
